Our Veteran Leaders
James Ferguson: Chief Operating Officer
After serving over 6 years on active duty and leading Marines in combat in Afghanistan, James transitioned to the private sector in 2013. Prior to his leadership role at Wild Bill’s, his corporate experience included management consulting as well as multiple executive level positions leading large, interdisciplinary healthcare organizations. His military decorations include (2) Navy Commendation Medals, (1) Navy Achievement Medal with Combat Valor Device and the Combat Action Ribbon.
Josh Frasier: Regional Director of Sales

Served over 8 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. During his service Josh deployed 4 times; 3 deployments were in direct support of Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Josh honorably separated from active duty in 2012 and transitioned to the private sector as a security supervisor and personal security team member in Basra, Iraq until late 2013. Prior to joining Wild Bill’s, he graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology. His military decorations include a Bronze Star with Combat Valor Device, Purpleheart, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, and Good Conduct Medal.
After 9 ½ years of active duty service leading Marines and sailors in combat, during multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Drew was medically discharged due to wounds received overseas on his last deployment. Drew transitioned to the private sector as a General Supply Specialist onboard Naval Base San Diego while he pursued his business degree.In 2017 Drew helped launch Warrior Reunion Foundation and has held the position of Program Director for the foundation ever since. In February of this year Drew became the GM for Wild Bills Soda’s New Jersey territory and recently relocated back to California to launch the company’s southwest territory. His military decorations include Military Order of the Purple Heart, (2) Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, (2) Navy Commendation Medals and the Combat Action Ribbon.

After serving over 4 years on active duty, Steven, transitioned to the private sector in 2010. Prior to his leadership role at Wild Bill’s, his experience included sales management, training and guiding multiple sales teams. His military decorations include Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Service Sea Deployment Ribbon and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
After serving 4 years on active duty in communications, and being a squad leader in combat in Afghanistan, Courtney transitioned to the private sector in 2011. Prior to his leadership role at Wild Bill's, he was a Supervisor in the Culinary Industry. His Military Decorations include (2) Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals with Combat Valor Device, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Seal Service Deployment Ribbon, NATO Metal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
